IT
I am experienced in IT, and rose to the senior-most positions—Head UI Support and Senior Residential Computing Consultant at Columbia University Information Technology. My experience includes installation, troubleshooting, support, maintenance, and upgrades. I am available for freelance and part-time IT support.
Tutoring
I have a long history in providing computer tutoring for individuals and groups. At Columbia, I taught a class on Microsoft Word to adult students in Harlem looking to gain employment in secretarial positions. I have worked with many individuals who wished to learn the basics and next levels of computing. I am also available for tutoring for Computer Science and programming.
