Design Fail: Office phones

Office Ohone

Our fancy new office phones have two LCD displays, multiple function buttons, and lots of blinking lights. Why then, am I forced to remember bizarre codes for doing simple things like transferring calls? Why does it require a three page printout to explain how to do things like change the ringer volume, when there are Volume Down and Volume Up buttons on the device? Ridiculous.

YES! Those are horrible…!
We should blog about those phones, too, so that office phone manufacturers realize that their products should be more need and user oriented…!
